To dispense the sample, carefully insert the cap into the DetechPen with a gentle twisting motion. Once fully inserted, turn the cap to securely close the pen.
Insert the DetechChip into the DetechDock, ensuring properalignment with the slot. Incubation starts automatically when the indicator light turns red. Do not disturb the DetechDock duringincubation for 30 minutes. A green visual signal and audible alert indicate cycle completion.

Using the DetechPen, transfer processed sample into theDetechChip inlet port by pressing the cap downward.
Immediately after the completion alert, remove the chip, allow it to cool briefly and read the result promptly thereafter. Results shall be read within 20 minutes of run completion (yellow = positive, pink = negative).
