To support ourgrowth, we are looking for a motivated and communicative sales personality whowill actively help bring our products to market – focusing on hospitals,laboratories, and medical institutions.

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales of medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector – ideally with experience in clinical or lab settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in presentations and customer contact
• Independent, structured work style with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel (primarily within Germany, occasionally international)
• Fluent in German, English skills desirable
• Actively approach and support clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions (on-site and remote)
• Attend trade fairs, conferences, and delegation trips (e.g., health forums, industry events)
• Assist with offer preparation, contract negotiations, and follow-ups
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and the Head of Sales
• Maintain CRM systems, observe market trends, and provide customer feedback to improve products
