Our “PCR to Go”platform enables precise diagnostics at the point of care. Our mission: to eliminate diagnostic bottlenecks in clinics and healthcare facilities.

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded professional to build and lead a scalable sales structure and help drive our market success.

What We're Looking For
  • Several years of experience in sales of medical devices or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., IVDR, ISO 13485)
  • Proven track record in building and scaling sales organizations
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging healthcare decision-makers (clinicians, hospital     management)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
  • Experience with B2B sales and subscription/service models is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to travel
What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and lead the national (later international) sales structure
  • Develop and execute a market-specific B2B sales strategy
  • Identify and acquire strategic customers, especially hospitals, labs, and clinical networks
  • Lead contract negotiations with key decision-makers (e.g., hospital associations)
  • Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development
  • Recruit, train, and manage your own sales team
  • Support international scaling and strategic market entries
